Teravision’s American MILF, starring Playboy model-turned hardcore performer Teri Weigel, may be the first boxcover that employs the font of 1999’s American Pie, the movie that introduced the term to the general public.
Usually the porn world is the first to jump on any trend and pornify it, having read somewhere that people are interested in cut-rate porn knockoffs of mainstream fare (they aren’t – while the Kim Kardashian tape sold, Britney Rears did not).
Why it took this long for a company to imitate the American Pie logo is a mystery. Perhaps the technology only just became available.
But if you’ve got to get a MILF, it’s a good idea to get Weigel. One of the first Playboy centerfolds to go hardcore, Weigel was a Playmate of the Month in 1986. Now 45, Weigel is a much more believable MILF than some 26-year-old.
